Psychosocial risk check
See where your business stands on managing psychosocial risk: the parts of work that can harm people's mental health, such as workload, conflict and aggression from customers.
- About four minutes. Eighteen short questions, all multiple choice.
- No sign-up to start. You see your result on screen before we ask for anything.
- Nothing about individuals. We never ask for workers' names or health information.
What you get
- Your result across six areas, from finding hazards to reviewing what you do.
- Your three biggest gaps against what the NSW Code of Practice expects.
- One thing to do this week for each gap. None of them needs a purchase.
From 1 July 2026, s 26A of the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) requires a business to comply with an approved code of practice, or manage the risk in a way that is equivalent or better.
